Philip de Koning is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Counsellor and Wellbeing Coach. He completed his Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy at the Academy of Hypnotic Science in Melbourne – the only government-accredited training facility in Victoria at the time.

Philip is a member of the The Australian Hypnosis Alliance (TAHA). As such, he abides by the TAHA’s strict code of practice and ethics. TAHA members must continue to advance their skills with ongoing Professional Development Courses.

A note about Hypnotherapy qualifications: Some non-government-accredited training institutions can issue a ‘Diploma’ in hypnotherapy after only 80 hours of training, or two weeks. Philip has completed over 2,000 hours of training – Certificate IV in Hypnotherapy (910 hours) and Clinical Diploma of Hypnotherapy (1,170 hours) – followed by years of experience in treating clients.
