Servicing CHELSEA and Surrounding Areas
Break Free of Negative Habits and Emotions!
Welcome to ‘Integrated Mind’, a hypnotherapy service supporting Chelsea clients. I am Philip de Koning, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Counsellor and Wellbeing Coach.
My aim at Integrated Mind is to help people overcome behaviours which are holding them back from achieving their full potential, and to promote healing and good health – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Or put another way, to be ‘integrated’.
While I provide help to indivduals with all manner of concerns, including smoking cessation and weight management, I have a special interest in assisting those with anxiety, depression or self-esteem issues.
I have effectively treated many individuals with debilitating anxiety or depression using clinical hypnotherapy in conjunction with specific techniques developed at Integrated Mind. These can enable deep-seated negative patterns and beliefs to be released and replaced with positive empowering thoughts in a safe and natural way.
It’s time to “Stop the Struggle”
I am providing hypnotherapy and counselling in Chelsea and surrounding areas to people with the following conditions:
… to name just a few. See Services page and drop down list for more information.
It is not necessary to feel miserable. Take the step and do something about your situation! It is the best investment you can make for yourself.
